Physical Features

Andhra Pradesh is the fifth largest state in the country, both in terms of area, as well as population. The Godavari and Krishna rivers run through the state, forming large deltas before joining the Bay of Bengal. The Tungabhadra, an important tributary of the Krishna, is another important river of the state.
