Some of the most important everglades of the country are located in Haryana. The Bhindawa Lake Waterfall Sanctuary, the Sultanpur Lake Bird Sanctuary, and the man-made Sukhna Lake are some of the water bodies in the state which are home to several species of animals, birds and plants.
